- Custom Bibs
- To be eligible for custom bibs, teams will need:
- 10 or more registered participants by Friday, August 23, 2024
- The team captain will need to complete the custom bib form by Friday, August 23, 2024.
- To be eligible for custom bibs, teams will need:
- Team Tents
- To be eligible for a team tent at the event, teams will need:
- 10 or more registered participants by 10:00 AM on Friday, September 13, 2024.
- Teams of 25 or more registered participants by 10:00 AM on Friday, September 13, 2024 will receive two tents and tables for gathering spaces!
- To be eligible for a team tent at the event, teams will need:
- Packet Pick-up
- Team captains will be responsible for selecting how the team will receive their race packet. The race packet includes: race bib and participant shirt. The team captain will be responsible for distributing each participant’s race bib and shirt.
- If a captain does not select an option by 9/13/24, their packet will be available at the customer service tent on race morning.
- There are three options for team packet pick up are:
- Team packet delivery: Your packet will be hand delivered to your company/organization during race week for $49.99.
- Local Pick-up: Team captain (or a designee) will pick-up the packet at the Capstone Event Group Office. Our team will have your packet waiting for you at our office for you to pick-up. We will share the days and times this will be available close to race day
- Race morning packet pick-up: The team’s packet will be available for pick-up by the team captain or a designee on race morning at the Customer Service tent.
